The Level1000 is a rugged, submersible, battery powered, stand alone, water level and temperature data logger. Its stainless steel enclosure makes it perfect for use in lakes and streams. This is an all-in-one compact, portable, easy to use device that will measure and record data for up to 16,383 measurements. The storage medium is non-volatile solid state memory, providing maximum data security even if the battery becomes discharged. The device can be started and stopped directly from your computer and its small size allows it to fit almost anywhere. The Level1000 data logger makes data retrieval quick and easy. Simply plug it into an empty COM or USB port and our user-friendly software does the rest. Data can be displayed in pressure measurements such as feet, inches, meters, centimeters, millimeters or PSI.

The Level2000 data logger accurately measures and records data for water level and temperature. It’s rugged, stainless steel design allows for the device to be placed in harsh environments, which makes it well suited for use at waste water treatment facilities, monitoring well and ground water levels, irrigation canals, lake and wetland studies and a variety of other water level applications. The integrated vented tube allows the device to be atmospheric pressure compensated, providing improved accuracy and resolution over other, non-vented water level data loggers. The Level2000 uses a rugged stainless steel pressure strain gauge to accurately measure the water level. MadgeTech’s user-friendly software will display all pressure measurements in the user’s choice of feet, inches, meters, centimeters, millimeters or PSI. The device uses an internal temperature sensor to provide accurate temperature measurements eliminating the need for a separate temperature data logger. The logger can be started to take measurements every two seconds for rapid changes in water level, up to one reading every twelve hours. MadgeTechs Vaccine Temperature Monitoring System (VTMS) is ideal for the continuous measurement and data logging of temperature sensitive vaccines or pharmaceuticals in refrigerators, freezers, and coolers. The system includes a NIST traceable RFTCTemp2000A data logger with thermocouple, Glycol bottle and a power supply. Additionally, the RFTCTemp2000A data logger in the VTMS system has a convenient LCD to ensure temperature parameters are met, in real time. The current reading, minimum, maximum and average statistics can all be obtained through the display. In the real-time chart recording mode the VTMS can alert the user, or other personnel, via e-mail or text message if the refrigerator has failed, or if the temperature is outside of the nominal range. This allows users to take immediate actions to ensure vaccines and pharmaceuticals in storage are not destroyed. To prevent false alarms, the RFTCTemp2000A is connected to a Glycol bottle which provides temperature buffered readings.

The Cryo-Temp can be used in a broad line of applications such as monitoring blood plasma, vaccines, pharmaceuticals, frozen foods and shipping containers. This stand-alone device does not require any additional probes. The enclosure is designed with a handle for easy attachment and is splash proof. It utilizes a USB docking station to communicate with a personal computer. The CTL2000 aids in reducing pathogens, and helps to ensure post-slaughter pasteurization process parameters are met. The CTL2000 has a black anodized aluminum enclosure with a stainless steel hook allowing the device to be hung directly from a carcass. This durable data logger is splashproof and can be used through the entire pasteurization process. The CTL2000 data logger can measure and record data utilizing up to eight thermocouples which can be inserted into different sections of the meat to provide an overall temperature profile. This data logger features a push button or programmable start and status LEDs for process optimization. In addition, if a thermocouple is removed or severed during logging, the software automatically annotates the data. MadgeTech’s EggTemp data logger is specifically designed to measure and record data of the temperature of eggs during shipping, storage and incubation. The data logger thermally responds to an environment the same way a real egg does, simulating the temperature experience of the actual product. The EggTemp is submersible and can measure temperatures up to 50°C. It has a user replaceable battery that typically lasts up to 1 year. The nonvolatile memory can hold up to 32,767 readings and will retain data even if the battery becomes discharged. MadgeTech’s Data Logger Software offers an easy way to analyze data. Data can be viewed in Celsius or Fahrenheit, as well as Kelvin or Rankine, and in graph, summary or data formats. For further analysis, data can also be exported to Excel.

The ETR101A is a complete Exhaust Temperature Profiling Kit designed to profile the exhaust temperature of on-road vehicles and off-road equipment, including tractor trailers, buses, trucks over 14,000 lbs., waste water vehicles, and sweepers. The ETR101A kit comes assembled and includes a data logger, temperature sensor (thermocouple type K), weatherproof enclosure, USB data logger interface cable (IFC200), hex screwdriver and software. Setup is fast and easy. The data logger, which is contained within the water resistant enclosure, is mounted to the vehicle. Using the MadgeTech software, the logger is programmed to record for a set period, generally three to five days. Data is stored in the data logger, and is downloadable at any time via a pc or laptop computer. The complete temperature profile is then provided to the diesel particulate filter (DPF) manufacturer, aiding in the selection of the correct DPF for the exhaust system. Many DPF manufacturers, including Donaldson Corp., recommend the use of temperature profiling equipment, such as the MadgeTech ETR101A, to aid in the selection of the appropriate diesel particulate filter.
